Re-joined Weight Watchers Tonight

It was nice going to the ww meeting tonight. I realize I missed hearing of other people’s success’ And the best thing of all… I will weigh less 1 week from today! I didn’t even look at the weight written in the book. It’s up for one, and it was the evening. I’ll wait until next Tues. night to hear what the results of being OP (on plan) are, for 8 days (I am OP today!)

Beautiful day in the midwest…

Today is my weigh in day.  I am glad to see I am down 2 lbs.  Her is my challenge to myself:  Keep Going!!!!!   I tend to let myself have a little bit of freedom anytime I have a loss and that does NOT work to my advantage.  So, today I will KEEP IT UP.  I have a luncheon date with about 9 other Weight Watcher friends I have met along my journey in this crazy food world.  I’m looking forward to it.  It’s nice to eat out with other ladies who are all concious (sp) of what they put in their bodies.

Then, it’s off to my cousins to work with some horses.  This will be my work-out for the day.  It should be 62 and sunny today - a beautiful day.  Well, off to process (shower, dress, etc).

Here is a toast of H2O to a GREAT day!

It’s Friday!

Wow - it’s finally Friday, and it’s the end of my 5th week with my boss being out on medical leave.  She will return next week for 6 hour days.  What does that mean for me?  I get to sleep until 5 a.m. instead of 4 a.m. - thank goodness.  :)
I have been doing great with my calories in and calories out. I’m heading into the weekend with a very positive outlook. I’m going to pretend it’s just like the weekday - eat like it’s a weekday. My husband is gone for the weekend and this usually leads to me overeating or eating junk I normally don’t. But… not this weekend!!! Wish me luck. :)
Until later…

First day with my buddies!

I am a 47 year young woman. Married with two fantastic step children, 18 and 21. I have been a weight watcher since I was 24 and made my goal weight. Kept that for several years, went through a divorce and remarried, and have not been at goal since. I took a desk/cube job, am happily married, and really like to eat; all of which have kept me from reaching my goal weight. I also feel that I am a sugar-holic. I work any program about 50-70% of the time but haven’t made a real lifestyle change to be healthy 24-7.  I’ll take any support.  I hope to come here daily and get to know a few people and be able to provide support and receive support.
